(TOLEDO, Ohio - October 13, 2011) - ARCA Fan Fest is back at Toledo Speedway, giving race fans of all ages the chance to enjoy numerous fun activities and interactive displays over a special championship weekend.

We’re watching the weather, just like you.  Based on the forecasts, and if they are correct, here’s what we can tell you as of 11 a.m. Friday morning, April 27.

 FLAT ROCK SPEEDWAY 

We will make a decision no later than Noon Saturday, April 28 on the Season Opener. 

TOLEDO SPEEDWAY 

For Saturday’s schedule, the plan remains in place.  Regardless of the weather, we will park rigs, sell pit passes, tires and fuel and do tech inspection (both groups). 

IF we do not get on the track Saturday for practice, we will refund you $10 from your pit pass fee.   

Again, IF we do not get on the track, we will add a small amount of time to each practice session.  Start times for Sunday will remain the same: Pits:  9 a.m.Practice:11 a.m.

Due to the inclement weather, tonight's Placer's Car Club Classic Car Show at Toledo Speedway has been cancelled.

The next car show is Thursday, September 6. Show time is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Car Club hosts shows at the track the first, second and third Thursdays of each month.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - March 1, 2013) - Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway are moving forward with plans for the new racing season, and that includes taking ticket orders for a variety of special events at both tracks.  Reserved seating will be available for several events, with advance general admission tickets also available for selected races.

It’s race day at Toledo Speedway.

The first-ever meeting of the ARCA/CRA Super Series and ARCA Midwest Tour takes place today at the high-banked half-mile track in Toledo.

Today’s schedule has practice from 11 a.m. to Noon and from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Qualifying is set for 3, with two last-chance races at 5 p.m., followed by a driver autograph session, driver introductions and the 7-Up 150 lap main event.

ARCAracing.com will provide live timing and scoring and audio all day.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - April 20, 2013, 4:15 p.m.) -- Johnny VanDoorn has won the pole for today’s 7-Up 150, the first-ever combined race between the ARCA Midwest Tour and the ARCA/CRA Super Series.

VanDoorn turned a qualifying lap in 118.444 (15.197) to nip Chris Wimmer (15.267), Bubba Pollard (15.281) and Kyle Benjamin (15.33) for the top spot. Sylar Holzhausen rounds out the top five.

Chris Wimmer was the halfway leader Saturday night in the 7-Up 150 at Toledo Speedway.

Wimmer, driving the RaceTeamGear Chevrolet, took the lead late in the first half of the race and held on until a 15-minute break at the middle of the race.

Wimmer is a ARCA Midwest Tour "Touring Star."

It was probably one of the warmest opening nights we've had in several years. I like many fans probably wondered if we'd have some sparse numbers of cars this year with all the economic problems. There were 38 in the Street Stock division; 19 in the Super Late Models and 18 Figure 8's. For the Figure 8's that was one of the largest fields on opening night for several years. ...

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - July 17, 2010) - Tim Moore came back after crashing last week and scored the big win in the Leppen Chiropractic 100 for the ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks Saturday night at Flat Rock Speedway. James Rae captured the B Main and Greg Studt notched the Figure 8 win on Christmas in July Night, which featured Santa Claus and dozens of prizes that were given away to race fans. Dr. Cecilia Leppen and her children presented the trophies to the winners.
