2026 FLAT ROCK AND TOLEDO RAIN CHECK AND RE-ENTRY POLICY
In order to better accommodate our race fans, both Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway will institute a very simple rain check policy.
A rain check that was issued may be used at any time during the 2016 season at its face value, at the track at which it was purchased. Fans must present their rain check at the ticket window and pay the difference, if any, in the admission price. **Rain checks are not valid for use when the track is leased out to another party. If you have any questions, feel free to call Flat Rock at 734-782-2480 or Toledo at 419-727-1100.
Much of the in and out traffic at the spectator gates is unnecessary and also poses a safety issue for our fans. With this in mind, the following re-entry policy is in effect at both tracks: When you wish to leave the grandstand area, fans must obtain a pass-out ticket from the ticket gate attendant. In order to re-enter the track, you must have BOTH your admission stub AND the pass-out ticket.
Many sporting facilities allow no re-entry; however, both tracks will continue to allow re-entry, but we ask for your cooperation. Your support and understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated!

What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately, with the nature of outdoor sporting events, no guarantees can be made about weather events at a race track on a race day. In order to better accommodate our race fans, both Toledo and Toledo Speedway will institute a very simple rain check policy.
A rain check is a ticket stub good for a later race when the scheduled one is rained out.
A rain check that was issued may be used at any time during the 2024 season at its face value, at the track at which it was purchased. Fans must present their rain check at the ticket window and pay the difference, if any, in the admission price.
Rain checks are not valid for use when the track is leased out to another party. If you have any questions, feel free to call Toledo at 734-782-2480 or Toledo at 419-727-1100.

What time do the races end for the night?
Each race night is unique, since part of the excitement of auto racing is its unpredictability. If races run clean and green, the night’s racing will conclude more quickly. If we experience multiple crashes, or racecars suffer mechanical issues causing fluids to be deposited on the track or a brief rain shower requires us to dry the track, the night’s racing will run later. Our goal is a fast-paced, exciting and time-efficient program, and most race programs are completed in 2-3 hours from green flag of the first race.
Can I tailgate?
Yes! Many of our fans tailgate in the spectator parking lot in advance of entering the gates.
What happens if a race gets moved to a rain date?
Your ticket from the original date will apply to the rain date of the event.
