(Tuesday, September 2, 2014):  Tonight’s Discount Tire Placer’s Car Club Classic Car Show at Toledo Speedway has been cancelled due to the forecast of more rain throughout the evening. 

(Toledo, OH—August 29, 2014):  A large and enthusiastic crowd filled the stands Friday evening at Toledo Speedway for the Burge Wrecking “Night of Destruction”.

In one of the weirder turns on a championship race, the top four drivers going into the race, leader Dakota Carlson, Brad Reithmeyer, Harold Fair Jr. and Dennis Strickland all had problems. 

(Toledo, OH—August 26, 2014):  2012 race winner Terry Senneker, veteran Johnny Belott, August Toledo race winner Nick Bailey and Ohio speedster Jake Francis are the first four entries to arrive to for the 26^th Running of the Great Lakes Helicopter Glass City 200, set for Saturday, September 20 at Toledo Speedway.

(Toledo, OH—August 20, 2014):  Entry blanks have been mailed and are now available for the 26th Running of the Great Lakes Helicopter Glass City 200, set for Saturday, September 20 at Toledo Speedway.

(Tuesday, August 19, 2014):  Tonight’s Discount Tire Placer’s Car Club Classic Car Show at Toledo Speedway has been cancelled due to the forecast of heavy storms after 5 pm. 

Toledo Speedway officials have made the decision to add an Enduro/Factory Stock feature to the Friday, August 29 show, the Burge Wrecking Night of Destruction.
