REMEMBERING KELLEY LINDAHL
Kelley Anne Marie Lindahl, the daughter of Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway announcer Gary Lindahl, passed away Monday, January 27. A resident of Jackson, MI, Kelley was 39.
In addition to her father, Gary, Kelley is survived by her mother Cheryl Collins Pickett and Timothy B Pickett, brothers Christopher (Stacy) Lindahl and Timothy (Amanda) Pickett, sisters Jennie (David) Belden and Angie Pickett; grandparents Frances Pickett and Eugene and Stella Lindahl, eight aunts and uncles and nine nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 711 N. Francis Street in Jackson on Thursday, January 30, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 with Father Robert Pienta officiating. Cremation will follow. A private burial of ashes will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Contributions in Kelley’s memory to the organization of the donor’s choice are welcome.
...2014 FLAT ROCK ENDURO ENTRY IS READY!
The entry form for the 2014 4-race Enduro Series at Flat Rock Speedway has been posted. The rules/entry blank is posted under forms here on the webpage.
The first 250 lap Enduro is set for Saturday, May 17. The track will host Scout Night for that date, with all Scouts in uniform admitted FREE. The MCR Dwarf Cars will pay a visit to "The Rock" as part of the race card, and for the first time, the VROA Modifieds will compete at the speedway.

REMEMBERING KEITH MATTHEWS
Keith Matthews, age 56, passed away suddenly Tuesday, March 11. Keith served on the Romulus and Newport Fire Departments for over 20 years.
Surviving Keith is his son, Tyler. Tyler resides with his mother, Amy and Tim Moore, Flat Rock Speedway Street Stock driver. Tyler has been attending the races at Flat Rock for 13 years.
Keith enjoyed hunting and fishing with Tyler. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 15 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Girrbach-Krasun Funeral Home, 15748 Fort Street, Southgate, MI. Services will also be held Saturday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tyler and his family.

Through the Years: The Glass City 200
1968: ARCA President John Marcum's idea was brought to life with the first Glass City 200 at Toledo Speedway. And the winner? None other than Pontiac, Michigan veteran and multi-time track champion Joy Fair, who defeated a stellar field of cars from throughout the Midwest to begin what is now a historic, tradition-filled event.....

TOLEDO OH (9-23-07)--Brian Campbell drove to victory in the 19th running of the Miller Lite Glass City 200 presented by National City Bank and Allegiant Air Saturday night at Toledo Speedway. Campbell, of Jenison, Michigan, led the final 76 circuits around the Toledo half-mile oval to earn his first career Glass City 200 victory in front of a large and enthusiastic crowd on a perfect night of weather. Steve Sauve finished second, with Brent Jack third, John Doering Jr. fourth and Dave Kuhlman fifth.
