Saturday, July 17 was the annual 100 lap feature for the Street Stock A division. Tim Moore won the biggest race of his 20-year racing career taking over the lead on lap 71, leading the remaining 30 laps. "I thought I was racing Chad (Guinn) for second. Dan (Ford) was way head of us, and thought he was the leader ... didn't know he was down laps. I want to thank my family and girlfriend. And my crew for helping get the car back together after the wreck last week. I want to thank my neighbor Kurt for buying my tires for tonight ... I wouldn't be here without him," said the driver of the Moore Lawn Care, Dow Engines #83, who did multiple doughnuts afterwards on the frontstretch. Allen Tunes Up for Flat Rock Late Model Showdown

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - July 24, 2010) - Driving the Giles Auto Body No. 88, Ron Allen tuned up for next weekend's Butch Giles Memorial 100 with his win in the 50-lap ARCA Moran Chevrolet Late Model feature on All Sport Night at Flat Rock Speedway. Dan Ford Jr., Steve Chartrand, Greg Studt, and Levi Rouster all picked up feature wins. The track staff worked right up until practice to get rid of the water from Friday night's heavy storms, and just as the program ended, the rain returned Saturday evening.

Moore Bounces Back to Take Leppen Chiropractic 100 at Flat Rock

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - July 17, 2010) - Tim Moore came back after crashing last week and scored the big win in the Leppen Chiropractic 100 for the ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks Saturday night at Flat Rock Speedway. James Rae captured the B Main and Greg Studt notched the Figure 8 win on Christmas in July Night, which featured Santa Claus and dozens of prizes that were given away to race fans. Dr. Cecilia Leppen and her children presented the trophies to the winners.

McCaughey Takes Toledo Factory Stock Special

TOLEDO, OH  (7-16-2010):  Santa Claus greeted race fans for the Lakeshore Utility Trailer/Velvet Ice Cream Christmas in July prize giveaway Friday night at Toledo Speedway.  Cory McCaughey was the winner of the ARCA Factory Stock special event, while Jim Froling, Dennis Whisman and Perry Marlow were also feature winners that visited the Sunny D Winner’s Circle.  Neal Ray and Donna Young from Velvet Ice Cream presented the trophies, while Santa Claus handed out dozens of prizes to the race fans.
