Welcome to Brandon Hamby, our new General Manager at both tracks! Brandon is already on-staff, and will be at all practices and races this season…we look forward to introducing Brandon to you as he takes over for Scott, who is retiring.

COMING SOON!  You will be able to include a photo of your race car on graphics for both of the track’s opening days!  Liam Morast, our Social Media Director, is creating artwork for you to insert a photo of your race car—promote your sponsors, tell your friends, family and neighbors you are ready to roll for the 2023 racing season!  More details Monday, April 3….

We are switching to MyRacePass for our timing and scoring for the 2023 season.

On Friday, March 31, we will post the tire purchasing program in effect for the 2023 season.  It will be emailed and posted under the Racer Info. Button on each home page.  We have encountered price increases once again.  With things changing so quickly, we have waited until the first tire order has arrived.  We will begin the season with the same tire procedure that we had in place in 2022.

**New for 2023; we have purchased the T3 TireApp program to scan tires as you purchase them.  This will be explained in the Tire Purchasing bulletin this Friday.

FLAT ROCK REGISTRATION/INSPECTION DAY---TIRE SALES/FUEL SALES/PAD RENTALS/SEASON TICKETS---Saturday, April 15, we will be at the track, so you can get ready for the season.  Time will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Show up and get things done ahead of time…get your car through tech and you will be first out on the track for practice day!  Take care of these things on this day!  It will be held rain or shine.  **CALL SCOTT IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR CAR FOR INSPECTION…thank you!  We’ll have the pocket schedules, too!

**If you pay for your pad rental by April 15, we will waive the late fee.  If you would like a pad, please call 734-782-2480. 

The pre-season practices at Flat Rock are Saturday, April 22, Saturday, April 29.  The first race is scheduled for Saturday, May 6.  The first 2 Saturday races at Flat Rock-May 6 and May 13---have a start time of 4 p.m.  PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THIS.

Toledo:  Practice Day is Sunday, April 30, and the first race is Friday night, May 12.  School Bus Figure 8 race, plus Late Model Sportsman, Factory Stocks and a Boat Figure 8 race.  Race time is 7 p.m. for May 12.

Make plans now to get to the inspection day at Flat Rock Saturday, April 15, or one of the pre-season practices—Saturday, April 22, Saturday, April 29 at Flat Rock; Sunday, April 30 at Toledo.  Get your paperwork completed now, get through tech, get some laps and be ready to go for the Opening Days!

Outlaw Super Late Models will continue to be paid by check.  ALL drivers…W9 form must be on file prior to payoff. *2023 W9 forms are posted under Racer Info. tab.  Save yourself some time NOW and take care of this item.  And they have been mailed to you also….

Track Rentals:  The track rental policies will be posted Friday, under the Racer Info. tab.  We have had price increases, no surprise here.  Flat Rock program is $500 for a 4-hour block, 7-hour block, 10a-5p is $825; 7-day notice required.  Toledo:  We have made some progress on private testing/rentals for 2023; we tentatively are able to resume a rental/testing program with the following criteria:  10-day notice needed; rentals will be on Sundays ONLY from Noon to 4 p.m.  Rate is $600 for the 4 hours.

We will be able to take used tires at Flat Rock again this season—ONLY D800’s and 3035’s and 3045’s.  Please check in with Denny at the tire trailer BEFORE you put any tires away…they must be able to hold air.

Get to the inspection day and/or the practices, get your paperwork completed, be ready!  We will not wait for you on Opening Day—you know the drill.  We have held pricing on the things we control…memberships, pit passes, pad rentals, ticket prices…and the rest is out of control!  We will see you at the tracks soon.

We are also looking for concession help!  Must be at least 15 years old, able to count change (without using the calculator on your phone) and run an I-pad!  Call us!!!  Put your kid to work!
