Toledo, Ohio-July 11, 2022:  A variety of events are on Toledo Speedway’s schedule for the next 5 weekends, kicking off with the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience Saturday, July 16.  This “bucket list” adventure for many involves the opportunity to ride along or actually drive a Stock Car on the big ½ mile paved oval at Toledo!

The group returns the following Saturday, July 23 for the “Dream Drive Exotic Experience’, with the chance to get behind the wheel of the car of your dreams!

The track is being leased for these 2 events.  Please go to www.racewithrusty.com to book your reservation!

The track will host the Jeep Fest Kick-Off event Friday night, July 29 for the second year in a row.  The very popular event takes place August 6 in Downtown Toledo, with the Friday night event serving as a prelude to the official Jeep Fest.

Hundreds of Jeeps will fill the infield and track surface at Toledo Speedway, with jeep parking beginning at 5 p.m.  The gates will open for the general public at 6 p.m. and the event runs through 8:30 p.m.  Admission is free.  Jeeps on display, food, music, beverages and fun await everyone for this fun night.  At the conclusion of the evening, the jeeps will take parade laps around the ½ mile paved oval.

Racing returns with a Saturday night special August 6, as open-wheel racing hits the track at Toledo Speedway for the Hemelgarn Racing/Super Fitness Rollie Beale Classic fueled by Marco’s Pizza.  The USAC Silver Crown Series will compete in a 100 lap feature event.  A Vintage race car display and parade laps are on the calendar, while the track’s ARCA Salenbien Excavating Late Model Sportsman are also in action, and the evening will conclude with the rescheduled 100 lap-contest for The Vault ARCA Factory Stocks on the short track.  Race time is 7 p.m.

Friday evening, August 12 is the date for the R & M Recycling School Bus Figure 8 race!  The first 200 adults through the front gate will receive a free T-shirt, courtesy of Salenbien Excavating!  In addition to the School bus crashfest finale of the night, the Salenbien Excavating Late Model Sportsman, the R & M Recycling Figure 8’s and The Vault ARCA Factory Stocks will battle in stock car racing action.  A Boat Figure 8 and Flag Pole race are also on the August 12 schedule, with racing at 7 p.m.
