(FLAT ROCK, MI - February 4, 2014) - Corrigan Race Fuels, the provider of Sunoco Race fuel for Flat Rock Speedway’s race teams, has agreed to renew their sponsorship program at the ¼ mile paved oval for the 2014 season.  As part of Corrigan’s program, the Brighton, MI-based business will sponsor the ARCA Street Stock 100 lap main event for the second consecutive year.

The Saturday, June 7 event for the Street Stock class is the biggest race of the season for the division.  The Corrigan Race Fuels 100 lap classic of all-green flag racing will be the highlight of the night. The ARCA Figure 8’s, the Great Lakes Mini Cups and the TKC Go-Karts will also be a part of the June 7 race card.

Corrigan Race Fuels will also return to “The Rock” with a weekly cash awards program for teams that purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of Sunoco Race Fuel during the week or on race day.  A $50 bonus will be paid to the winner of a random drawing at each of the “weekly” race events.  Drivers must display a Sunoco decal on their race car to be eligible for the cash bonus.

At the end of the season, the top 2 purchasers of Sunoco race fuel for each of the 3 weekly divisions-Late Models, Figure 8’s and Street Stocks-will be awarded $150 and $100 respectively at the track’s annual awards night.
