2009 Flat Rock/Toledo Speedway Awards Banquet Ticket Reservation Form Available
TOLEDO, Ohio (September 2, 2009)--The annual ARCA Flat Rock/Toledo Speedway Awards Banquet will be held on Friday evening, Nov. 6, 2009, at Crystal Gardens, located at 16703 Fort St. in Southgate, Michigan.
Crystal Gardens is set back off of Fort Street next to McDonald's. If you need a map, please request one when sending in your reservations and check. Doors open at 6:30, dinner is at 7:30 p.m. Music will be provided after the awards ceremonies and the banquet will end at 12:30 a.m. **The banquet room is designated as a NO SMOKING area. Smoking will be permitted on the patios outside the banquet room.For 2009, we will have only 2 of the 3 rooms at Crystal Gardens booked for the banquet. Only 500 tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A buffet dinner with a choice of chicken, Italian sausage with onions and peppers, roast beef, potatoes, green beans, salad, mostacciolli, cold salads, relishes, rolls, butter and dessert will be served. An open bar is also included in the ticket price. **The bar will close during the awards ceremony. NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING WITHOUT A TICKET, AND NO COOLERS OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED.
The Driven Women's Auxiliary will conduct a silent raffle.
Point fund checks will be presented to all eligible competitors (compete in minimum of 50% of races at that track) as stated below for each track:
Flat Rock: Top 20 Late Model, Figure 8, Street Stock A Main; the top 10 for the Street Stock B Main.
Toledo: Top 20 in Sportsman, Top 10 Factory Stocks, Top 10 in Figure 8, Top 5 in Flat Rock/Toledo Late Model Gold Cup.
Trophies: Top 10 Flat Rock and Toledo in points-all divisions, including B Main, Factory Stock, 4 Cylinders; plus top 5 in Late Model Gold Cup points, Top 5 in Flat Rock Enduro points.
Tickets are $36.00 each, and all SEATING WILL BE BY TABLE (10 PER TABLE). It is suggested that if you wish to sit with someone, send in your orders together in one mailing.
Your ticket will include a table number. No tickets will be sold after the reservation deadline or at the door. The deadline for ticket orders is Saturday, October 24th. Please mail the form with check or money order.
