Toledo Speedway

Charles Orns, the father of Toledo Speedway photographer Charlie Orns, passed away May 2 at age 65. His birthday was May 3. Mr. Orns and his wife, Peggy, assisted Charlie at the track by selling photos for their son.

Charles is survived by his wife, Peggy; sons Charles, Matthew and Christopher, 8 grandchildren, a sister, Sharon and a brother, Foster.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 4 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Heritage Church of God, 3520 Strayer Road, Maumee.  Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Church of God.
