Joan,

Race Director made decision to go green flag.  Judgement call.

I was at the race on Sunday. I didn't understand why they didn't give the #11 car time to change his tire before they dropped the green flag. It probably would of taken 2 laps. Car count was only 6 and then dropped to 5. Just curious.
