Short Track Phenom Brenden Queen Looks For Championship at Toledo
(September 28, 2025) – With one race remaining on the schedule, Brenden “Butterbean” Queen is on the brink of securing the 2025 ARCA Menards Series championship, set to close out his remarkable season in the Owens Corning 200 at Toledo Speedway on October 4th.
Queen, driving the No. 28 Pinnacle Racing Group Chevrolet, has been the class of the field all year long. His victory last weekend at Kansas Speedway marked his eighth win of the season, and he only needs to take the green flag at Toledo to officially clinch his first ARCA Menards Series crown.
The Virginia native has become one of the most recognizable names in short track and developmental racing. Known affectionately as “Butterbean,” Queen worked his way through the grassroots ranks, building a reputation as both a fan favorite and a fierce competitor. His 2025 campaign with Pinnacle Racing Group has underscored that reputation, blending on-track speed and execution to deliver a dominant streak over the course of the season.
Queen comes to Toledo fresh offa ninth-place run in the NASCAR Xfinity Series playoffrace in Kansas on Saturday, a top-ten effort on the national stage.
Fans will have the chance to see Queen make history in person when the Owens Corning 200 takes the green flag on October 4th at 4:00 PM at Toledo Speedway. Tickets are available now at Menards.
As part of race day festivities, fans can meet Queen and the stars of the ARCA Menards Series during the on-track autograph session from 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM.
