CLARIFICATION:  2023 FLAT ROCK/TOLEDO TIRE PROGRAM (4-11-23)

 After receiving several calls, below is a clarification of the tire program for the 2023 season:

 CLARIFICATION:  We are NOT forcing anyone to buy tires.  If you are not buying tires, you may have used tires scanned to put into the system in their place. 

 Up to four (4) of those tires can be new (from 2022 or from other sources). 

 Any tires presented must be done so prior to your first race.

 All other items listed in the 2023 tire program are still in effect.
