GLASS CITY 200 TICKETS ALSO AVAILABLE RACE DAY AT THE TRACK

Toledo, Ohio—September 16, 2020: Tickets will be available at the track on race day for Saturday’s 32nd running of the Central Transport Glass City 200 presented by DTS Drive Train Specialists and Moran Chevrolet at Toledo Speedway.

While the advance online ticket sale has been solid and continues until 8 p.m. Friday night, there will be tickets still available on Saturday, September 19, race day, at the track ticket office.

“This is the first time we have held an online ticket sale at Toledo, and while we are encouraged by the advance sale, we want fans to know there are still plenty of tickets to buy before we reach that maximum of 1500, set by our local health department,” said Ron Drager, Owner and Promoter of the track.  “We will offer any remaining tickets on a walk-up basis on race day at the track.”

Tickets go on sale at the track at 2 p.m.  All tickets are $25 each.  Cash or credit cards are accepted.

The Outlaw Super Late Models and the ARCA/CRA Super Series powered by Jeg’s stock-bodied Late Models will each battle in 100 lap main events on the fast ½ mile paved oval.  The ARCA/CRA race is part of the 2020 “Chase” for the Championship. LV Alliance has posted a $200 bonus for the Fast Qualifier for the Outlaw Super Late Models.  Since 2017, the Glass City 200 has featured both types of Late Models in 100 lap contests.

The CRA Jr. Late Models, a class set up for ages 10-15, will also be a part of the signature event of the track. That division will run heats and a feature on Toledo’s short track.

In accordance with the August 19 State of Ohio Department of Health Director’s Order, Toledo Speedway’s plan for strict adherence to the guidelines outlined has resulted in approval by the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department for limited spectator attendance in the grandstands.

As a priority, the safety and health of participants, spectators and employees will require all attendees to follow guidelines posted at www.toledospeedway.com as a condition for admission.  Masks are to be worn upon entry to the track, and please practice social distancing when possible.

Saturday, September 19, race day begins with registration at 8:30 and the pit gates opening at 9 a.m. Practice begins at Noon and the gates will be open for spectators to watch.  The stands will be cleared at 2:30 p.m., then open back up at 3, with qualifying at 3:30 p.m.  Race time is 5 p.m.  A rain date of Sunday, September 20 at 1 p.m. has been established.

How do I buy tickets to a race?

Eric C.

Hello I purchased 10 tickets online one day under a different email but now have forgotten my email address and can’t remember it too save the life of me: I have the screenshot confirming those tickets were purchased.

Now I have a different email that I remember and bought 5 extra tickets and have the confirmation email.

i have used the same credit card too purchase each.

Will this cause any issues on race day when I pick them up? I really don’t want too buy ten more tickets.
