We purchased tickets for this coming Saturday.  Since we haven't seen anything in the mail, I'm assuming that we are to pick them up at Will Call?

Mike P., bring your email confirmation and photo ID and pick your tickets up at the track either during business hours M-F (419) 727-1100 or on race day. Thanks, see you at the track.

Are advanced sales final or are refunds available?  Just found out our driver isn't going to be there.  Have 3 tickets in main grandstand for Sept 19th.

Nancy A, on your phone with your photo ID is fine, thanks.

Can I just show proof of my ticket purchases on my phone or do I need to have a paper copy?
