TOLEDO SPEEDWAY THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO….

TOLEDO SPEEDWAY THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO….

Toledo Speedway is no different that any business in the State of Ohio.  We have had to alter our normal operation.  This calls for all of us to work together, and to be kind and considerate of each other so we can conduct these racing events.  As one fan said, “Race fans do what they have to do to watch a race.”  We know you will make this work!

With that said, below are some things you need to know before your trip to Toledo Speedway for our 3 premier races that will make up our 2020 schedule.  Most of these items you already know about, but please read on…….

THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL SPECTATORS ATTENDING RACES AT TOLEDO SPEEDWAY IN 2020; THEY ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE. ABIDING BY THESE GUIDELINES ARE A CONDITION OF ATTENDING AND NOT ABIDING BY THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE FACILITY BY TOLEDO POLICE. NO REFUNDS.

Please review carefully. If you are not able or willing to abide, we understand, and hope to see you at a future race when these guidelines are no longer in place.

Be respectful of others, and of the healthcare guidelines to achieve our #1 goal of keeping everyone safe and healthy.

There will be no exit and re-entry (parking lot/grandstands) so please bring anything from your car when you enter the speedway (coolers, cans and bottles are prohibited).

Face coverings over the nose and mouth are required upon entering the speedway and must remain in place until exiting the speedway except when in the act of eating or drinking.

Social distancing is to be practiced at all times; please maintain a minimum of 6 feet separation in ticket, concession and restroom lines as marked. Families may sit together in the grandstands with minimum 6 feet separation from other individuals/groups.

No standing along the frontstretch fence; all spectators are to be seated in designated grandstand area as ticketed.

Your ticket is designated for one of three specified seating sections (Front stretch/Start-Finish; Middle Grandstand; West Grandstand/Turn 1). You must remain in the area as ticketed.

Please abide by one-way foot traffic directional arrows/signage to/from restrooms/concessions.

Please utilize the handwashing stations and hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the spectator concourse.

If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 (headache, fever, chills, lost of taste/smell, etc.) contact a healthcare professional and stay home, please.

For the pit area, the gate from the pits to the grandstands will be locked.

Concession menu will be limited; hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza (whole pies only, 10 inch cheese and pepperoni), popcorn, chips, pretzels, candy, ice cream, Pepsi products, bottled water, Gatorade, Miller beer products, Hard Seltzers.  We did not raise the prices, same as in 2019.

Is there a size limit on bags we can use to tote everything we need from the car at once? Mine is 27x16x8 ... (not a cooler). Can I use?

Scott W. Schultz

Nothing has changed from last year.

Ron Drager

Mark K, no coolers, cans or bottles allowed. Concessions are available, all single serving pre-wrapped with beverages in sealed containers for purchase. Thanks.

Mark K.

Thank you!

Mark K.

What are the regulations for coolers?

I have my order showing that I purchased tickets for all three races. How do we redeem the orders for actual tickets? Do we go to Will-Call or just present the order to the ticket agents? Also like BobR. wrote, can we pickup our Glass City and USAC tickets at Will Call as well Saturday? Thanks for working so hard to get these races on the calendar with all the pandemic and governor orders to deal with! Thanks!

Scott W. Schultz

Mark, yes, we will have your tickets for all 3 races this Saturday when you go to will call window.  maximum total of tickets is 1500 per race, NOT per grandstand.

Bob R.

This is great Scott, so glad you and the track will have some races for us. 2 questions, already purchased tickets for all 3 events, am I able to pick up tickets for last 2 races when I arrive on this coming Saturday? Also have a couple of friends a little concerned about crowds, are you selling 1500 tickets total or 1500 per grandstand? Thanks again!!

Ron Drager

Bob R., we are selling 1,500 tickets total for the grandstands: 300 in the concrete frontstretch grandstands and 600 each in the two aluminum/steel grandstands in Turn 1 and the West end.

Scott W. Schultz

Bob, yes, if you ordered tickets for the other events, they will also be at will call Saturday.
