Toledo Speedway

This is the first of our monthly winter bulletins.  Schedules are moving along, should be ready around the holidays.  The winter office for both tracks is at the Toledo Speedway Automotive Building on the east end of the grounds; phone number, 419-727-1100 and mailing address remain the same.

W-9 FORMS:  There are about 20 of you that have not returned this form.  Since we do not include your SS # on the membership forms, we need this filled out for the tax man when sending your 1099’s.  So…if you don’t have it on file, you won’t get a 1099, which means you will be late with your information for your tax man…..can download the form, under forms on both track home pages.  Mail or fax to 734-847-3137 (ARCA office).

2020 SCHEDULES:  We have just a few things we are working on to pretty much complete the 2020 schedules at both tracks;  the plan, as in the past, is to release the schedules in mid to late December….stay tuned.

BANQUET:  on November 1 was sold out, first time is several years! Many thanks to all of you that were in attendance!  The 2020 banquet date is Friday, November 13.

2020 RULES:  were posted on website in late October—very few changes. 

OFF-SEASON WORK AT THE TRACKS!  At Toledo, we have put a new roof on the tech barn, had a sewer line repaired and sealed the cracks in the ½ mile.  Flat Rock:  The concrete wall and catch fence between turns 1 and 2 is being replaced as you read this.  We have also done some replacement/repair work on several concrete pads, and the TKC Karts are moving their storage area up by the pit sign-in.  Dirt has been added to the infield and has also been re-seeded in several areas.

TOLEDO:  The schedule will have some changes from the past; the first race will be the ARCA Menards East 200 on Saturday night, May 16, under the lights!  The Late Model Sportsman and Factory Stocks will practice, qualify and run feature races prior to the 200.  **Flat Rock will run on Friday night, May 15 for this weekend…more details later.

FLAT ROCK:  First race is Saturday, May 2:  Late Models, Figure 8’s, Street Stocks….practice days are Saturdays, April 18, April 25 and Wednesday, April 29.  We will NOT race on Saturday, July 4---go enjoy the holiday with your family!  All championships are Aug. 22; IF we rain out, the championships will be Aug. 29.

**The 2 tracks will flip nights for 2 weekends; Flat Rock will run Fridays, May 15 and August 7; Toledo will run Saturdays, May 16 and August 8 is the Anniversary Show…more details soon!

The Bandolero class returns to Flat Rock for 7 dates in 2020, which features purpose-built race cars for ages 8-14.  * …If you are looking for a car, go to www.spartanspeedway.com or call us at the office.

OUTLAW SUPER LATE MODELS:  To align this class with other tracks, the name of the division has been changed (OSLM).
