Toledo, OH – Bikers will once again be riding the streets of Toledo for the 30th Annual Toy Run on Sunday, November 3, 2019. Bikers of Northwest Ohio will be hosting this annual ride to provide toys for children served at Harbor.
Organized annually by lifelong Toledo resident and veteran biker “Big Mike” Wenzel, the outing brings together several local and regional biker clubs who donate either a child’s Christmas gift or a $10 cash donation to participate. Educational, arts and crafts, and sports-related toys are encouraged. The event, annually held on the first Sunday in November, also features an appearance by Santa, who distributes wrapped presents to Harbor’s children in need.
Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. at Toledo Speedway. The ride will begin at 12:00 p.m., heading to the Harbor location at 1946 N. 13th Street, Toledo. After the toy presentation by Santa, bikers will head back to Toledo Speedway for a celebration including live music by Rodney Parker and Liberty-Beach and lunch provided by Teamsters Local 20. The event will also include a 50/50 raffle and a $500 Visa gift card raffle.
