Toledo, Ohio—August 23, 2019: Entry forms are now available for the 31ST running of the Central Transport Glass City 200 presented by the Hampton Inn and Courtyard by Marriott at Toledo Speedway Saturday, September 21.

Tyler Roahrig (ARCA Gold Cup Late Models) and Tyler Ankrum (ARCA/CRA Late Models) are the defending race winners of the Glass City event. Ankrum, a California native, is currently competing in the NASCAR Truck Series.

Both groups of Late Models will run 100 lap features, with each race paying $5000 to win and $800 to start. The total purse exceeds $60,000. The outlaw-bodied ARCA Gold Cup Late Models and the ARCA/CRA Super Series powered by Jeg’s stock-bodied Late Models will each battle in 100 lap main events on the fast ½ mile paved oval. The ARCA/CRA race is part of the 2019 “Chase” for the Championship, while the Gold Cup contest is the final point race for that championship.

New to the Glass City event this year is the debut of the CRA Jr. Late Models, a class set up for ages 10-15. That division will run a 30 lap feature on the ¼ mile September 21.

The entry forms for the ARCA Gold Cup Late Model portion of the season-ending classic are available on the Toledo website home page, located under the Racer Information tab. ARCA/CRA entry forms are located on the CRA website by clicking on the ARCA/CRA schedule button.

Friday, September 20 optional rig parking only will take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. There will be no on-track action.

Saturday, September 21, race day begins with the pit gates opening at 10 a.m. Practice will go from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., with qualifying at 4:30 p.m. The ARCA Gold Cup Late Models will be shooting for the $500 LV Alliance Fast Qualifier bonus. An on-track autograph session will take place at 5:30 for all divisions. Pre-race driver introductions and ceremonies will begin at 6:30, followed by the race card.

A rain date of Sunday, September 22 at 1 p.m. has been established.

In addition to the $500 LV Alliance Fast time bonus, Penske Shocks will award a $250 product certificate to the winner, while DTS Drive Train Specialists will dole out five (5) $50 product certificates in a random draw for the Gold Cup Late Models.
