MEGASAURUS, SCHOOL BUSES INVADE TOLEDO FRIDAY NIGHT!
Toledo, Ohio: The fire-breathing, car-crushing dinosaur MEGASAURUS will team up with the School Bus Figure 8 race to highlight Toledo Speedway’s “NIGHT OF DESTRUCTION” this Friday evening, May 31. The event is sponsored by the Monroe Superstore, Great Clips and Marco’s Pizza.
The rain date, if needed is Sunday night, June 2 at 6 p.m.
Tickets are now on sale by calling the track at 419-727-1100. Credit cards are being accepted for phone orders. The track office is also open for sales from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. this week Tuesday through Thursday.
In addition to the invasion of Megasaurus and the wildly popular School Bus Figure 8 race, the track schedule for the night also includes a Boat Figure 8 race, the Flag Pole race and Stock Car action with the ARCA Late Model Sportsman on the ½ mile and the ARCA Vault Antiques and Treasures Factory Stocks on the short track.
Friday’s timetable has the front gates and ticket office opening at 5 p.m. Race car practice begins at 5:30 and show time is 7:30 p.m. The pit gate for race teams opens at 4 p.m.
When will be the next Megasaurus event at this Toledo? Wish there will be in the next 10 days as we are having a vacation near the speedway, just need to finish the installation of the tonneau and n-fab steps and we'll be on our way on Friday.
