2019 FLAT ROCK, TOLEDO RULE CHANGES ANNOUNCED
November 19, 2018: The 2019 rule changes for both Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways are now available. With the exception of the previously-announced D800 tire and the Figure 8 division adding the V8 engine to be eligible for competition, there are very few, if any changes.
Both tracks will continue to be sanctioned by ARCA for the 2019 season.
The changes for all divisions-ARCA Late Model, Figure 8, Street Stock, Late Model Sportsman and Enduro/Factory Stock can be found on both track’s home pages under forms.
The 2019 schedules for each track are slated to be released during the holiday season.
The winter office for both tracks has moved to the Toledo Speedway automotive building, located on the east end of the track property. The phone number, 419-727-1100, and mailing address, 5639 Benore Road, Toledo, OH 43612, remain the same.
