Toledo, Ohio—July 26, 2017: Fans and race teams will notice the Friday-Saturday, August 4-5 race nights have been switched for Toledo and Flat Rock Speedways. The one-time only trade will see Flat Rock host its weekly race card on Friday August 4, while Toledo goes into action Saturday, August 5.

“The goal for this one race weekend change is to allow more fans and race teams to get to Toledo on a Saturday night for the ARCA Super 6 Late Model Gold Cup race, which is tough to do for many on a Friday night,” noted Ron Drager, owner and Promoter of both tracks. “For just this one weekend, we will run Flat Rock on Friday night and Toledo on Saturday.”

Flat Rock’s Friday, August 4 race program is also Kids Night! Kids to age 12 will be admitted FREE and receive a FREE hot dog, courtesy of the track. The racing action includes the Monroe News 250 lap Enduro race and weekly point races for both the ARCA Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Figure 8’s and the ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks. The “Friday Night Special” will conclude with the wild Boat Figure 8 race!

Saturday, August 5 Toledo will play host to the Miller Lite 100 fueled by Marco’s Pizza. The 100 lap feature for the ARCA Super 6 Gold Cup Series Late Models will be a combined event with the Main Event Late Model Series. The 4-division race card also has the ARCA Aramark Late Model Sportsman in action on the ½ mile paved oval, and ¼ mile fun and entertainment with the ARCA Factory Stocks and the ARCA Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Figure 8’s.

The rain date for the Late Model Miller Lite 100 fueled by Marco's Pizza is Friday, August 11.

Both race nights will have 7 p.m. starts.
