Some drivers aren't ready yet.. this is rather early (it's the first one I've made in like 6 yrs because it's usually cold). Some if they finish their cars will show up. For others, it's as simple as they don't like Toledo, or they don't have the engine to run it. That's why we get so many more at Flat Rock, between the engine and track... And some like Toledo, but if you're not running the series, do you want to possibly mess your car up before your season starts.

Some times the car owners do not pre enter the cars so they may end up with more cars on race day, you just never know.  Berlin opening on the same weekend does put a damper on things.  Normally they try not to open on the same weekend if they can help it.

In looking at the entry list for both the CRA/Midwest & ARCA Gold Cup cars, not to impressive. Only 20 cars for the CRA Series and 16 cars for the Gold Cup Outlaws. Where are all the Midwest guys? Either scheduling is not so good or drivers tend to want to stay away from Toledo. I see Berlin Raceway is opening this weekend for their Outlaw guys so a lot will stay there. I think the Midwest guys have a race on Sunday at Dells Raceway in WI so I would think most will stay there. I think this weekend should go back to the original format of CRA/Midwest only and 150 laps and make it a points race for the Midwest guys also.
