Toledo Speedway

Toledo Speedway, with the assistance of the Hollywood Casino and Harmon Sign, will soon have a scrolling message board/marquee’ installed along the track frontage on Benore Road.

The project has been in the works since last spring, and, with the final governmental approvals in place and permits secured, the footers and posts were installed today.  The sign stood in front of the now-shuttered Toledo Raceway Park horse racing track, which is owned by the casino’s parent company, Penn National Gaming.

“This project would not be possible without the assistance of the Hollywood Casino, who has partnered with us at Toledo Speedway as a marketing partner,” noted Ron Drager, owner and promoter of the track.  “And we are also grateful to Harmon Sign, who has also joined with us in a multi-year agreement partnership,” added Drager.  “This is a very welcome addition to Toledo Speedway’s infrastructure and will be a great asset to the track.”
