Glass City 200 adds live timing and scoring and a commemorative program available to fans

(TOLEDO, Ohio – Sept. 25, 2013) -- Saturday’s 25th annual Great Lakes Helicopter Glass City 200 has taken on added significance with a pair of developments — live timing and scoring feeds for every lap of practice, qualifying and the 200-lap race available at arcaracing.com and the production of a special commemorative Silver Anniversary Glass City 200 souvenir program.

Beginning with practice on Friday from 5-7 p.m., every lap turned by ARCA Late Model drivers in the outlaw-bodied cars will be broadcast exclusively in real-time on the ARCA website at arcaracing.com.

arcaracingcom-simple.jpgKeeping up with the developments on track will continue on Saturday with more practice starting at noon and continuing with the Woodville Auto Finance Pole Qualifying at 3:30 p.m. and lap-by-lap coverage of the Glass City 200.

The limited edition 25th Anniversary Glass City 200 commemorative program will be available for $3 a book at the track starting Friday and continuing Saturday, while supplies last.

The 24-page book features several pages of full color photos documenting the rich history of the event and includes a feature on Grand Marshall Joe Ruttman, statistics on the history of the track as well as a listing of all past ARCA track champions, a written summary with photos of each previous Glass City 200 and statistics on the event from 1968-2012 including winners, fastest qualifiers with time and speed and top-5 finishers.
