Toledo Speedway

(TOLEDO, Ohio - February 28, 2014) - Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway are moving forward with plans for the new racing season, and that includes taking ticket orders for a variety of special events at both tracks.  Reserved seating, general admission tickets and children’s tickets (ages 6-12) will be available for selected races.

The order form can be downloaded from either track’s website at www.flatrockspeedway.com or www.toledospeedway.com.  Go to the ticket button for the order form.   Checks and most major credit cards are accepted for mail orders, or fans can call the Toledo office at 419-727-1100 for credit card phone orders.  The Flat Rock office will open in mid-April and may be reached at 734-782-2480. 

Fans can now download the order form, fill it out and email it to cwagner@arcaracing.com to place their ticket orders.

There will be no on-line ticket sales for the 2014 season. 

Flat Rock Speedway will offer an advance ticket sale for both of the School Bus Figure 8 races, set for Saturday June 14 and Saturday, September 6.  Reserved, general admission and children’s tickets are all on sale now.

Toledo Speedway will offer advance tickets for 7 events on the 2014 race schedule.  The first race of the season, set for Saturday, April 12, will feature the combination race for the stock-bodied ARCA CRA Super Series powered by Jeg’s and the ARCA Midwest Tour Late Models. The 7-Up 150  will offer General admission and children’s tickets for the event, with a $5 discount offered for adult advance ticket purchases.

Tickets for the Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Stock Car Series Sunday, May 18 are also available.  Tickets purchased in advance from the track for this race will also include a ticket for Pole Day Saturday, which includes practice and qualifying for the ARCA superspeedway-style stocks cars and the 50 lap feature for the ARCA Aramark Sportsman division on Saturday, May 17 at no additional charge.

General admission and children’s advance ticket sales are available for the Night of Destruction/School Bus Figure 8 race Friday, May 23 and the Burge Wrecking Night of Destruction Friday, August 29.

The All American Coach/Super Fitness/Hemelgarn Racing Fastest Short Track Show in the World, featuring the MSA Winged Super Modifieds and the Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints Friday, June 13 will offer reserved, general admission and children’s tickets, with a $5 discount in effect for advance adult ticket sales.

Tickets are now on sale (reserved, general admission and children) for Toledo’s newest event on the 2014 calendar, the first-ever Hemelgarn Racing/Super Fitness King of the Wings, featuring West Coast Winged Sprinters vs. Midwest Winged Sprint Car Shootout.  A Modified invitational and the USAC Honda HDP Midget Series will also be in competition for this special event, set for Wednesday, July 2. A $5 savings for tickets purchased prior to race day is being offered for this race also.

The track’s signature event, the 26^th running of the Great Lakes Helicopter Glass City 200 Late Model invitational presented by Francis Engineering, Discount Tire, the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express, is set for Saturday, September 20.  All tickets are now ready for purchase!

The weekly Toledo Friday night race cards begin May 9.  The ARCA Aramark Sportsman, Figure 8’s and the R & M Recycling X Cars hit the track for their first race of 2014.  Friday night race time is 7:30 p.m.

Flat Rock opens its doors for their Season Opener Saturday, April 26 with the ARCA Moran Chevrolet Late Models, Figure 8’s and the DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks.  Saturday night race time is 7 p.m.
