ALL winnings for Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways are assigned to the driver, unless a W-9 form is filled out and returned to the ARCA office no later than January 31, 2014.

The W-9 may be downloaded from the webpages.  It is located under forms.  Please fill out the form if needed and mail to:
