Swap Meet At Toledo Speedway Sunday, June 26

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 8, 2011) - Avina Specialties will stage the first-ever Glass City Swap Meet at Toledo Speedway Sunday, June 26.  All makes of cars, race cars, hi-performance and classic car parts will be for sale at the event, which will take place on the short track at the speedway.

A 10’ x 30’ vendor spot is only $25.  For information, call Nick at 419-579-4845.  Admission is just $5 per person, and children 12 and under are free.  The show will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26. The Toledo Speedway concession operation will handle the food and beverages for the event.

Show cars and their driver receive free admission to the event.  Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 registered cars.

“Nick Avina, promoter of the swap meet, stages dozens of swap meets across Michigan and Ohio each year and is well known for the great effort he puts into these shows,” said Scott Schultz, General Manager of the speedway.  “We have been talking with Nick for over a year about this event.  We are looking forward to a great day for the vendors, buyers and folks who just want to walk around and check out the classic cars and parts for sale.”
