$1,000 in Driven Women Scholarships Available
TOLEDO, Ohio (September 28, 2009)--The deadline for submitting the Driven Women Scholarship application is extended to October 10, 2009. Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each will be awarded at the November 6 Flat Rock/Toledo Speedway Championship Awards Banquet.
One scholarship will be awarded to any high school senior (male or female) who has a current ARCA license or immediate family member who has a current ARCA license. These funds can be used towards any college, university, technical or trade school of their choice. A second scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a woman over the age of 25 who wishes to continue her education at any college, university, technical or trade school of their choice. Applications will be available at the Glass City 200 at the transponder booth or B&H Parts trailer.
