Flat Rock, Toledo to Accept Credit Cards at Front Gate on Race Nights
TOLEDO, OH AND FLAT ROCK, MI (3-28-08)--Beginning with the 2008 weekly race opening night events at Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways, both tracks will now accept credit cards for walk-up ticket purchases on race nights. The change marks the initial move towards the new policy, which in the past only accepted plastic for advance tickets on selected events.
One ticket window will be designated as the credit card purchase window at each facility. American Express, VISA or Mastercard credit or debit cards will be accepted. A surcharge of .50 per ticket will be added to the purchase price for at-the-track ticket purchases.The new policy goes into effect with the Saturday, April 26 opener at Flat Rock Speedway and the Friday, May 2 opening night at Toledo Speedway. The policy may change when the tracks are leased to another party.
