GALLERY: 2024 Season Kicks Off with Media Day at Flat Rock and Toledo!

The 2024 Season starts off here!

Big names headlined a big Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway media day on Tuesday, with guests from local and national recognition coming to the Toledo Speedway Bar & Grill to ring in the new season.

Toledo-based Owens Corning has been announced as the title sponsor for the 2024 ARCA Menards Series Finale at Toledo Speedway.

Guests included:

  • ARCA Menards Series driver Toni Breidinger
    • Breidinger has raced at Toledo Speedway in USAC Silver Crown and ARCA Menards Series competition over multiple years, and will race at Toledo Speedway as a part of her 2024 campaign in the Owens Corning 200. More on her 2024 schedule will come soon to flatrockspeedway.com!
  • JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour driver Chase Burda
    • Burda finished in the top 3 in the 35th running of the Glass City 200 at Toledo Speedway, with a strong finish as a local driver in a premiere race. Burda, a rising star from Lapeer, Michigan, is the reigning JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour champion, and should be a favorite at both Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways during the 2024 racing season.
  • USAC Silver Crown and 500 Sprint Car Tour driver Taylor Ferns
    • After growing up attending races at Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways as a child, Ferns has competed at Toledo Speedway in sprint cars and silver crown competition over years. Detroit-native Taylor Ferns looks to take on the Toledo Strip and open her season with a win. Ferns made headlines in March when she was announced as a new driver to the IndyCar feeder Indy NXT series, competing on all four ovals on the 2024 calendar with Abel Motorsports.
