TOLEDO SPEEDWAY HOSTS ROC OUT CANCER BENEFIT CONCERT SUNDAY

Toledo, Ohio—July 13, 2015:  Toledo Speedway will host the ROC Out Against Cancer Benefit Concert and Motorcycle, Truck and Classic Car Run this Sunday, July 19.  Proceeds from the day will go to the Nightingales Harvest Cancer Family Pantry and Resource Center of Toledo.

The track, located at the I-75/Alexis Road exit on Benore Road, will be the site of the starting point for the vehicle registration, beginning at 9 a.m. through 9:45 a.m. Sunday.  The ride includes a full lunch at the Magee East Marina and Campground in Oak Harbor, OH, before returning to the track for the concert.

The grandstand gates will open at Noon for the concert, which will feature 6 local bands throughout the day, beginning at 1 p.m. and running until 7 p.m.  The complete list of bands can be found at www.nightingales-harvest.org.

Advance tickets may be purchased at The Andersons, at the Nightingales web page and Facebook page.  Tickets will also be available at the track on Sunday at the track ticket office windows.

The track phone number is 419-727-1100.  Food and beverages will be available during the concert.  No coolers, cans or bottles are permitted inside the gates of the speedway.  A rain date of Sunday, July 26 has been established if needed.
